This is it; the time has come for the Trinity Women’s team to prove themselves. It is time to protect and seven-year winning streak. All of our hard work, time and dedication is about to pay off. The Trinity Women’s swim team will be heading to Louisville Kentucky Tuesday morning. This is the final meet of the season, Conference. We will be swimming on Thursday, Friday and Saturday and will return to San Antonio on Sunday. This meet is the biggest one of the year; we will compete against our best competition and be protecting a winning streak. It is going to be a close one, but I believe that the Women’s team has what it takes to dominate the competition and to come out victorious. I feel as though we have all been very well prepared for this meet and are ready to swim fast. The last meet of the year is the one that swimmers get tapered for. A taper is what is known as resting a swimmer so they will swim really fast at important meets. We have all started our taper and are very ready to see the results. Hopefully the Women’s team will return to San Antonio with another win under our belt. GO TIGERS
